Just came in from the field for lunch, when I received a call to say what there was a Red-Flanked Bluetail on St Martin's. I managed to catch the boat with my work clothes on and a beef sandwich in my hand. The Red-Flanked Bluetail is one of the most stunning birds I have seen, a lifer to add to my list on The Isles of Scilly.
